By accessing and using the Holohabits mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the App. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

To use certain features of the App, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You agree not to use the App in any way that is illegal, harmful, or may be deemed offensive by us. You also agree not to interfere with the operation of the App or with any other user's enjoyment of the App.

All content provided on the App is for informational purposes only. We make no representations as to the accuracy or completeness of any information on the App or found by following any link on the App.

6. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Biohacker Center Platform OU be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the App, or for the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services, or resulting from any goods or services purchased or obtained, or messages received or transactions entered into through the App, or resulting from unauthorized access to or alteration of user's transmissions or data, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, use, data, or other intangibles, even if [Your Company Name] has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the App, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Estonia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
