Instructions for completing this challenge:

• Join this challenge
• Go to Nordic Labs Spa area (VIP, Premium, Spaceship, Artist, Speaker, Organizer, Exhibitor, Influencer & Press ticket holders)
• Dip yourself in the ice bath
• Open the Holohabits app and tap the challenge for that day
• Scan the  QR code and you are done
